I need somebody (if more than one person better to avoid possible errors) who can help me measuring the linear displacement of the bolt in the torque tube that holds the controls for the ailerons.
I mean to measure in the actual plane deflecting the ailerons from full left to right, in order to know how much linear movement does the control bar makes.
I need it because my ailerons are not to plans. So the control system has to be trimmed.
I already have the aileron part designed, I mean the hinges, but need to work on the bellcrank. So it could be great knowing the throw of the aileron bars!
I’m including a basic drawing to show where we are now.
Thanks everyone in advance, Jose
