well, I've pulled the trigger on the nice "Griesbeck" Charger (Werner Griesbeck built it in 03) out in Sonoma. should be bringing it back next month. thoroughly inspected the gear area and it has been "beefed up" a bit and there were no cracks. however, I DO plan to tear into it over the winter and try to retrofit some of the "mods" I've been reading about to try to get more peace of mind.
to that end, I'd welcome any photos/sketches or ideas of things you've done and found helpful to actual flying airplanes.
