Planning any food?
So its an overnighter. See ya Saturday.
Pictures, pictures.....even the incriminating ones!
There will be food at the hanger party in the evening, for the fly in there are several restaurants within walking distance to the airport......
Take some pictures and post them for us that can’t attend.
will do for sure, the wx is improving...…...
I'll be flying in tomorrow (Cessna 120) from Joisey (N07) about 9:30-10:00, weather permitting, day visit only. FYI. I look forward to meeting some of you guys.
Hey cool Steve, looks like the wx is improving a lot. supposed to stay south of us all weekend now...…. so they say...….
Count us in, it is only about a 1 hour flight for us.
Ok I’m here, and Eric is here..... who else is coming?
I'll be there tomorrow afternoon, driving.
I wish I could be there! Can’t believe I grew up in Montrose wishing I could have a Pitts... then I move to Florida and all the Pitts go to Tunky!
Well glad we made it a two day event! Yesterday was fantastic today was a washout, had a great time with everyone! Look forward to next year!
I think this event has great potential Chris. I can’t think of another biplane event that I’ve ever been to.
Thanks to Chris for putting this on! Even though I couldn't fly there I had a good time.
That's the first time I ever attended something like that. What a great venue! Busy little airport. Never a boring moment, what with a Beech 18 full of sky jumpers taking off all the time, something to watch all of the time. And I met some great people! Something common with biplane folks, just nice people with a common passion. Thanks a bunch Chris! On to plans for next year!
Cool pics, sorry I couldn’t make it. Maybe next year.
Let’s see if I can do this.
Had a great time and met some wonderful people, we won’t mention the beverages consumed, ooops.
Thanks for doing this Chris. There were more Acrosport-IIs at your Fly In than at Oshkosh 2015 (?), where I could only find one (Dennis Flamini)! Belated congrats on a beautiful completed project and thanks for the tour of your shop. If I make any progress on my project this year, it will be in part due to your inspiring example.
