Unrelated to biplanes, but you all have such a wealth of experience. I am working on my garage project. It has a Revmaster 2100D engine. The oil cooler mounts on the bottom of the engine (see attached photo). The oil cooler already has a built in mounting bracket and sort of a plenum. My lower cowl has a slot for cool air to reach the oil cooler (see attached photo). I was wondering what I should do to ensure maximum cooling of the oil. The oil cooler has no openings or pass through's from top to bottom, so cooling air needs to go over the fins, top and bottom. I don’t fancy myself as a fabricator, so looking for a simple solution. Fire away!
