Thanks to the great guys on this forum, Paul got one of the nicest Acro Sports I have ever seen. He is leaving tomorrow with his dad to go pick it up. Wayne and all the guys in Ithica were nothing short of awesome.

I know we will be looking for a canopy to allow him to fly it year around. If anyone has a used/ damaged canopy frame for a Pitts or AcroSport please let us know. This airplane fits him perfect. He is about done with his tailwheel training- we plan to give it a good inspection, fly it a little to make sure it is perfect, and solo him. The smile in the picture says it all.

Thanks again to all the guys that responded to the original ad looking for an airplane. We found a good one!!

I felt like that was as fine an example of an Acro Sport 1 that you would ever see. Paul is a very fortunate young man. So many of us could only dream of something like that at his age. (I'm 61 and still dreaming)

I'm 68 and have owned several aircraft.....none as slick as that one seems to be. Big congrats!
