Willing to pay top dollar for a solid Pitts with the following:
Your aircraft doesn’t meet these specs? No problem. I will absolutely consider a Pitts that doesn’t meet all of the criteria above, but am not interested in paying top dollar for marginal or mediocre.
Pitt S1-S, S1-T or Ultimate are first choices, but might consider the right 1D, or Laser.
Projects, (flying or otherwise), the tired, the neglected, the abandoned also considered. Email/DM best way to get started. Thanks!
- Clean logs and documents (AROW, 8130s, etc)
- Good paint and fabric.
- Tight hardware (brackets, bearings, etc). You guys all know the common sore spots on the S1. Aileron brackets, torque tube bearings, elevator halves.
- Low engine time SMOH and Calendar (prefer parallel valve 360).
- ADS-B compliant (with clean ADS-B perf report….see item 1 above)
