Pitts S1-S WANTED

Willing to pay top dollar for a solid Pitts with the following:

Clean logs and documents (AROW, 8130s, etc)
Good paint and fabric.
Tight hardware (brackets, bearings, etc). You guys all know the common sore spots on the S1. Aileron brackets, torque tube bearings, elevator halves.
Low engine time SMOH and Calendar (prefer parallel valve 360).
ADS-B compliant (with clean ADS-B perf report….see item 1 above)

Your aircraft doesn’t meet these specs? No problem. I will absolutely consider a Pitts that doesn’t meet all of the criteria above, but am not interested in paying top dollar for marginal or mediocre.

Pitt S1-S, S1-T or Ultimate are first choices, but might consider the right 1D, or Laser.

Projects, (flying or otherwise), the tired, the neglected, the abandoned also considered. Email/DM best way to get started. Thanks!
