All,

I am looking to purchase a round tailspring for my Skybolt. I have the Aviation Products tailwheel. Karen said Steen uses the 7/8 to 5/8 rod. My Skybolt weighs about 85 lb on the tailwheel (IO-540). I predominantly fly off of pavement with the occasional grass runway. Currently I have a Maule tailwheel and it works just fine.

Is this the right size or show I "go big"?

Chuck
