Rudder Tubes and Ribs

Hey Guys...

I may want to build a slightly bigger rudder for my S-1 in the near future...still figuring out the final shape.

I have a set of scanned plans for the S-1 rudder, but the scan is not very good in detail and it's pretty hard to read the material dimensions for the tubes and ribs (thickness, diameter etc.). But I'm pretty sure one of you can help me out here
