a friend of mine just bought an experimetal S-1S that has inspection holes were the drag wire are crossing both on the upper and lower wing and they seem to be added after the construction (see picture for upper wing).
do you know if there is any bulletin or reccomendation to add these holes?
in addition, one of the wires seems a bit loose, do you know if there is a way to tighten it without stripping the whole wing?
