    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

This little red bird flew home to New Jersey last week. I'm brand new to ownership and to the Pitts, have a lot of learning to do. Flew 15 hours in a 2B with an amazing instructor in Maryland/DC (Bob Schmidle), highly recommend. Slowly getting up to speed.

Troubleshooting a thermocouple issue with the engine oil temp and a fuel flow issue but otherwise a beautiful example of the Pitts.

Feel free to explain to me like I'm 5 (ELIF) anything you'd like to teach me about the Pitts, I won't be offended.

Happy to be here, dream come true.

Jonathan
