Hi! I've (hopefully) attached two pics of part of a factory built S1-C (or S) fuselage structure. I'm trying to figure out what some of the attach points on the vertical tubes are for.

On the right side, above the fuel valve mount, there is a square flat plate with a 7/16" hole facing aft. What is supposed to mount there? A push - pull cable? If so, for what? Above that flat plate there are two attach points with 3/16" holes facing left. What are those attach points for? I don't even have a guess for those.

On the left side there is a square flat plate with a 7/16" hole facing aft that matches the one on the right. What go's there? Mixture control? Above that, there is a valve bracket that matches the fuel valve mount on the right. What's that for? Would it be for an upper wing tank fuel valve?
