• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

This is a panel I made for my S1 that I won't be using. I made another one where the center 2.25 instrument is near the top. My plan was to use my phone in the open area, but I decided to use an Ipad mini instead, so I moved my CHT to the top and fit the Ipad in the new space. The rectangular opening at the bottom center is for a Winter slip/skid indicator. I wanted it mounted from behind rather than on the panel face. The opening will need to be larger to install it from the front. The 2 round cutouts on the right above the 5 small holes are for a dual USB port and a 12V receptacle. The PDF file shows how I was going to arrange this panel. The Ipad outline represents a mini with a case around it. The bottom of the panel has a flange on it. The lower corners have not been trimmed to fit over the top longerons. If someone can use this this panel it's available for just the shipping cost. Another forum member helped me with a part I needed, so I want to pass on the favor.

Cheers
Enzo
