• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

I still need a spinner like in post #4 at the link below. Remember this is for a 0-235 not a 0-320 or larger. 10" or 11" dia. by 14" long would be ideal but am getting desperate. There was a place at SnF that was selling used spinners located over by the school building on, I believe, at the south end that had a nice selection but not what I needed, I took a card to contact them later as they thought they had one back home but, typical for me, I lost the card! Any ideas on who that might have been or where I might find out? The problem I'm having is getting something that looks good to my eye. I don't want the little pointy type like a 172.

I have two beautiful spinners I will post later this week for sale. Both for larger engines, both 12" dia., both bought from posters here, both have the ballistic shape (that I want), not the straight side shape.
