Nice Starduster for sale on barnstormers now, has damage history, great plane to learn how to fly before flying your prized project!

I had to stop looking on Barnstormers for a while, to many good deals this time of year!!

But, I'm no quitter, so I'm about to start up again soon...actually today!

Two years ago i flew to Vancouver loaded up my Acroduster and proceeded to drive it clear across the country to eastern Pennsylvania. If i needed another project, i would be there this week yet, because i just love road trips, and i don't mind biplanes either!!

If this was closer I’d be all over it. With it not flying in so long and registration lapse I just don’t know. The gear is at 8.4” aft of firewall is what he emailed me. Didn’t measure engine mount but looks like it’s a 21-24” mount. He said it’s Stits from 1975 but “looks new”. He couldn’t remember what it’s painted with. This is going to be a steal for someone. Yes you might be able to buy a cheaper one if you have to cover or rebuild engine but if you were thinking of building this would save you a ton of time and get you in the air now! If you have to cover and rebuild engine it’s still cheaper than you could pay someone to have the fuselage welded up on a new one.
