• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

One of my good friends is selling his Starduster project, and I am trying to help. I think it it is a most appealing deal, and a great start for those contemplating building one as there is a lot of stuff with this airplane. The engine alone is worth the asking price, as is the airplane with all of the parts and hardware by its self!

The engine is a solid crank O-360 that was overhauled yrs ago with STP and never run it has been setting since and he will include an RSA-5 fuel injection system for it. There are two fixed pitch props one is a Prince, and the other from and old time prop builder that looks like a piece of furniture, both are in excellent condition there is also a light starter and alternator.

Other parts are new set of Cleveland wheels and brakes, 4 into 1 exhaust, inverted oil system, fuel tank, military throttle quadrants, stinger tail wheel, The landing gear is from a Cessna 170 and is a two piece steel unit. There are two props, instruments, some radios, wings, center section, ailerons, and fixtures for making the wing ribs, flying wires, and a bunch of other parts for the engine and some air frame (4130 tubing etc.). Asking $12,000 for all of it. His Name is
Don Rivera
The airplane is located in Spartanburg, SC 29306
