So' I am building the Skybolt and I will have a convertable set up: Full canopy for cold times and open cockpit for smelling the air.
My question is; can anyone provide information on the manufacture and installation of the soft protective strip that surrounds the openings...I don't even know what this is called?
Normally this is laced around the aperture.
Would like to know the materials available, the fitting proceedure and of course the lacing system.
In fact....everything!
