Christmas here in Portland, tubing arrived today!!! Starting to piece up sides and I have a question about the splice. Both 3/4 & 7/8 tube are .035. The fit together is pretty sloppy. Is this normal or should the fit be tight. Have some .049 that the 3/4 fits nice but not spec for longerons. Maybe I am overthinking this. Any input ???

Sorry about the caps. forgot to hit the button.
