I have seen many 3-piece upper wings with the metal fairing covering the intersections. All had sheet metal screws every 6"-8" along both edges of the fairing. Last year at Osh I saw two that did not have any screws along the edges. All I could see was one fasterner in the trailing edge.
How are these made so they stay in place without the usual fasteners ?
