When I purchased my Skybolt last year, the upper wing fuel tank was being used as a smoke tank. The feed line from the upper tank to the firewall started leaking, during the condition inspection this year, I drained the upper tank and removed the line so I can replace it. With every thing apart it looks like I can re-plum the upper tank hose to my existing fuel tank valve and gain more fuel capacity. This Skybolt is equipped with IO-540 so range is limited with just the lower tank. Any Pros Or Cons to switching the upper tank back to fuel, and installing an oil tank elsewhere in the Skybolt?? I love the smoke, but love more fuel even more for those just in case times.

Thank You Jeff
