• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

This Antique fly-in has become one of the biggest ones in the North West. It happens the first week end in September, the food the people and of course the airplanes in attendance are a big deal. This alone is one every one should attend. Not sure just how many airplanes attended, but I believe around 300, it has easily replaced the old Evergreen antique fly-in at Vancouver Washington.

Granted it is an antique fly-in with many airplanes other than biplanes, but most all on here have an affection for at least one of the many on display. But the museum in of itself is a treasure of flyable aviation artifacts. From a most detailed WWI rotary powered Sopwith biplane to an Aeronca C-2 which was flown quite a lot! In between was Stearman's Howard's T-6s a P-40 Waco's Pacer, Tri Pacer and several Grumman Amphibians including Addison Pemberton and Sons Goose! The weather was great, the flight there and back could not have been much better, with your son as a wingman! Dave
