I had a look at the Ultimate for sale in the classifieds here today. Put a deposit on it and will be bringing it back home next week. Apparently quite a few of the people inquiring about the kit were concerned about the factory welds. To my untrained eye they looked good to me. I’ll post a couple of pictures here, they’re not the greatest quality, I’ll post better ones in a few days. I’d appreciate some expert opinions. The owner thinks they’re Tig welds.
