Wing tank sumps

One of my first steps will be to get the wing tanks built.

The Charger plans show no wing tank sump for either of the wing tanks. I guess you could just switch to the wing tanks with the fuel selector and drain enough out of the main sump to check for water.

Any ideas on this?
