Hey, little wondering here :
My wing tip bows (standard 180° S1S bows) are already glued in place with reinforcement blocks as per S1S plans. However, S1S plans also call for SS wood screws at each bow end + into the spars tips through the bow...So, question is : are those screws only there to help maintaining the bow easily in place for a easier and more accurate glueing, or are they also structurally necessary and I should add them now ?
Cheers,
Xav
