I find a great way to determine hp on your engine without dyno run. Jan Carlsson, Swedish guy who really understand prop design has made excel file for that method....simple and effective way to find out tuned engine hp.

Method is just run proper diameter wood bar in your engine, and calculate hp for that bar dimension/ static rpm. Here is couple of pics:
