Looking for a pair of aluminum gear leg fairings for stock gear on a S2A.

A little while ago I saw some of these on Barnstormers.

If you are going to purchase them instead of fabricate them using old ones for a pattern, Why not just go to Aviat? For a certified airplane those will be FAA PMA.

And The late S-2A's have longer gear legs than the early S-2A's so you need to know your serial number to buy a part that fits.

When I replaced mine I made a paper pattern from the old ones and just cut new ones from 0.025 AL. Not hard to do at all. Part 21 lets you do that.

Fly safe,

Wes
