While watching some of the YouTube videos on the Weeks Special thread, I came across videos from the 1980 WACs in Oshkosh. I also found several videos on the Hilton Masters of Aerobaics. I was not familiar with the latter. It appears to be an IROC type competition. Not very good TV (trying to talk to the non pilot audience and Chuck doesnā€™t know a lot about completion flying šŸ˜³) but lots of cool airplanes.

I really got a kick out of watching the competitions at Oshkosh. Take a good look at the Airventure grounds in the videos. None of the four large pavilions, no IAC barn, hardly anything we would recognize today.
