What are the recommended methods for de-skinning a ply covered wing which used T88 or West Systems to bond it on during the original build?

I looked at a project today which has some rear spar damage and a significant portion of the wing needs de-skinned. I’m trying to determine the least impact to de-skin from the ribs, stringers, and spars.
