Well I guess everyone associated with aviation insurance isn't a spawn of Satan. Just got my renewal and my premium went down $300. When I called to see what got screwed up, I was told it went down because I fly a lot. I actually flew less this year. After speaking with a very knowledgeable agent, it seems the real answer is another market probably looked at me since I accumulated over 1000 total hours last year. I took the unexpected premium decrease and used it to increase my hull value since it would be used if I screw up a non-owned airplane.
