Anyone ever adjusted the air distribution start valve on an M-14P?

How many degrees after TDC (prop rotation degrees) did you use.

The manual is a little confusing with mention of 12 after TDC (I presume using the TDC tool) and also a further 8 on the prop, so a total of 20 degrees. Why not just say 20 degrees prop rotation?

Anything I am missing here?

I have the TDC tool and a locking tool for the distribution valve but just a little confused on the degrees.
