    Why become a Subscribing Member?

    • In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.
    • We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction).
    • Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Hi all.
Im considering sending a Warner radial across the Country. If I do, I may also send extra parts with it. How am I best to send it?

I was considering starting with a pallet then building a crate above it. If I use a pallet I’d be less worried about it being tossed around on its side or inverted. I have a mount I can ship it on, though it would be taller that way.

I’m not looking to reinvent the wheel. What’s worked for you?

Dan.
