Hey guys,

Since I'm about to cover my top wing soon it test fit the ailerons to the wing and got to find that the Aileron Travel to the top is limited by the Aileron drive arm hitting the rear spar. Same issue as with the lower wing except that it limits the travel to the top to about 19.5° only! Lower wings were around 23-24° which is below spec, too!
The plans ask for +/-30°. Has anybody achieved those numbers? If not, how is your roll rate in the end?

I'll go ahead and remove ab bit of the plywood that doubles the spar in the are of the drive arm but won't cut into the spar of course...

Maybe you can chime in and measure your travels. Thanks!
