    They look like ailerons for a Pitts S-1D.

    considering there are 4 of them a biplane would be a safe bet.....

    Yes, S-1 ailerons. Either a D or an S -- I think they are the same??

    Sound like it’s good her plans didn’t pan out...as a DME you’d have thunk she could have identified them as at least ailerons instead of “wing sections”. Geez
