The lever of my wobble pump is hard to move especially in hot weather. Could somebody kindly explain the reason for that?

Can the pump be rebuilt by my mechanic or should it be sent to an approved shop (Pls note that my airplane has a standard certificate)?

Is an overhaul manual available online or from any other source?
