I was working on my buddies clipped wing cub today and was trying to remove the heel brake master cylinders so I could rebuild them. Last time out one started leaking really bad...I think around the plunger. It failed completely and let all fluid out. The other side has also been leaking so just figure its time for a rebuild/reseal. The problem I'm having is there is no inspection panel to get to the inbd nuts that hold them on. Is there suppose to be a inspection panel there? Or do you have to cut fabric each time you remove these?
The INBD nuts are located basically between where you see the brake lines exiting the belly and alittle AFT.
