Could someone please tell me what the optimal deck angle is for a Skybolt?

I read here about the pros and cons of original short gear, later long gear and that some owners jack up the tail wheel spring for better visibility over nose.
All these changing the deck angle.

What I cant find is an optimal deck angle in degrees for Skybolt.

Looking at photos of Skybolts I see there are some large differences in tail wheel sizes and spring bends.also changing deck angle ........So, what is optimal??
