I've looked for the rules of posting other peoples ads and can't find them. Does anyone know anything about this SMP?

I haven't called the owner yet because I haven't talked to the wife yet. One should precede the other you know? I'll be 65 in three months and I need to fly. I'm currently without a ride. I could just barely afford this and I have a hangar to put it in. Now if I could fly it is another question......
