• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. Looking to equip my experimental S-1 with ADS-B so I can get to/from competitions without having to drive all the way around every Class B/C airspace here on the east coast.

Would prefer an EchoUAT & GPS if anyone has one that they've removed or changed directions on their project but can get by with a tailbeacon or a GDL-82. I just scored "new" transponder from a buddy who did a big upgrade so I can't quite justify a Stratus or Garmin all-in-one.

Thanks,
Marty

Best deal I've found is Chief Aircraft. Just bought one for $1690. Easy install except for the 24-26 gauge wires on USB tail. Comes with GPS antenna. Works great. Performance flight shows no errors.
