I am going to be touching up a few items on my almost 1000 hr Bolt. The a couple (the outer) elevator hinges has a little bit of play that I would like to correct before it becomes worse. The easiest would be ream to the next size, but I know that strength would be compromised. Also considered an adjustable reamer to make the hole round, then machine custom pins. Access for the reamer may be limited though. Any ideas for alternate/best methods?
Thanks,
