well, after a lot of questions and research, two years of searching, and after getting the plane moved to tn, and after two and a half months of waiting for the airport to reopen, I finally got to fly the plane. it did not go as well as I hoped, but went about as well as I thought it would. I have not flown much in the past 2 years, so the first two hrs were not to good. if not for steve the first takeoff would have meant some repair bills., the landing was worse. I spent most of the time getting used to the plane. we took a much needed lunch break, the flew another hour. it went a little better. I have a lot of getting up to speed to do. steve showed me how the brake pedals were set back to far and I seem to be pressing them when I use the rudder, so I will take care of that tomorrow. climbing out at 100 mph and the steep angle was different but cool. and landing without seeing in front is going to take some getting used to, but I will get there
