Hello All:
Can anyone tell me why there is a different length of thread on one end vs. the other end of the flying and landing wires. And does it mater which way they are installed. Long thread portion on fuselage or wing.
Example: AN674AC has 1-4-28 thd and has threaded length of 2 1/8" on one end and 1 5/8" on the other.
