I am ready to start covering the gear legs. I have seen aluminum used as well as fabric, but not sure what is preferable. I have a 540 and have heard that the alum will crack with the heavy prop wash, but I wonder what fabric will do unless supportedin the middle. Any preferences and/or thoughts on this subject?
