Hi Everyone,
Recently re-rigged my Pitts and the only thing still off is a bit of wash up in each top wing tip (the amount is even). I'm currently at about 6 washers to get it to this stage and would like to get it perfect. So my question is:
Is the limit to the amount of washers between the wing and the i-strut a product of having the strut fairings fit or is it creating some type of structural weakness if more are used?
Used the search function quite a bit to try and answer this but have found only mentions and nothing direct.
thanks,
Lee
