it seems like the least expensive way to get into a Pitts would be buying a flying S1C. Then if a person wanted more performance at least in roll, What would be the best alternative and why?
I realize this is subjective and may vary person to person but I thought I'd ask it any how.
As I see it the options are:
1) Sell the S1C and buy and S1S
2) Buy or build & install a set of stock S1S wings, sell the flat wings
3) Build a set of S1-SS wings sold by Steen Aero Lab
4) Build a set of Pitts ultimate or other "aftermarket" wings
I'm not sure if I ever get a Pitts I'd really need more performance than the flat wing. But maybe.
Just thinking here and want others thoughts/opinions.
