Making small parts..

Making small, unique parts can be either tedious, or fun, depending how you approach it...well so far, I have been enjoying my journey.

This part was quite enjoyable.

Spent time making an aluminum die with proper radius for material thickness..didn't really matter, the material didn't take up the flat when bent..

The pins, made pressing the part alignment no issue.
