• The Biplane Forum is a large global active community of biplane builders, owners and pilots. From Pitts to Skybolts, to older barnstormers, all types are welcome. In addition to our active community, our content boasts exhaustive technical information which is often sought after for projects and maintenance. This information has accumulated over the 12+ years the forum has been in existence.

The Biplane Forum is a private community. Subscriptions are only $49.99/year or $6.99/month to gain access to this great community and unmatched source of information not found anywhere else on the web. We are also a great resource for non biplane users, since many GA aircraft are built the same way (fabric and tube construction). Annual membership also comes with two BiplaneForum.com decals.

Hello all! I wanted to let y'all know that we have air ride, enclosed semi tractor trailers for use in shipping your project anywhere in the US and Canada. We have carried Stearmans, a Staggerwing or two, crop dusters, and several a few kit airplanes over the years. We've transported Dornier and other fuselages via flatbeds also.

Your plane is NEVER transferred from one truck to another or cross-docked, and never even moved within the truck once it is loaded. It's not inexpensive, but we have NEVER damaged anything!!!! About half of our trucks have liftgates so loading even a weighty radial can be done. Our trucks have lots of pads, straps, load bars, decking, and accomplished, professional drivers who are well versed in protecting and securing all manner of delicate scientific, medical, and other fragile commodities.

Please feel free to send me a message and get a free quote BEFORE you bid on a project somewhere. It's a lot better to know what it may cost you to have a project shipped back to you BEFORE you bid on it!!!!!

E-mail me with any question you may have.

Thank you, and I wish everyone blues skies and green lights,

Roger Gerick
