Hey all,
I am about 98% done with my first rib jig. Recently noticed a slight bend in the board, so i bolted a right angle steel support to the back. Its perfectly flat again, but in measuring the thing up, it is now ~3/16" too long. Mabey a bit less. Is this a major concern as far as aerodynamics is concerned? Im fairly confident that if the spar fits in a bit too loosly t-88 will fill small gaps, would this be small enough? Measuring each point specified in the SS plans, there does not seem to be any one point that has been distorted more than others. Im thinking centerline measurments for spar openings are about 1/16 th off. Sorry if im being too finiky, just want to make sure...
