Titanium Firewall

Looks like I will be keeping the 2XS and staying married!

I'm looking at putting it on a Titanium and Carbon diet. I the idea of the removable carbon turtledeck and other parts.

I've never worked with titanium before, looking at replacing the current SS firewall with titanium. Anyone worked with it before and can give some tips? What thickness? How does it bend?
