I am getting ready to build my lower wings

I have a pretty good twist in both my front spars.
I am planning on using spar rack like in the builders manual.
I just dont want to unclamp the spars and have them snap back causeing the wing to twist.

Also dont want to build any stress into the wing....

Any ideas how to fix or minamize any of these problems????

Thanks
Bill
