One more request for your help identifying a vintage biplane. I believe one of these two men is my grandfather* during a flying lesson in 1914. He trained at the Wright Bros. Field in Dayton, and was in active service by 1915. That leads me to believe this photo was taken in 1914. Can any of your readers identify this plane, and possibly verify that it might have been used for his training? Thanks very much, and all the best for 2010.
*(Lloyd S. Breadner, flew with Royal Flying Corps in 1915; achieved air ace status; later Air Chief Marshal of the RCAF).
