I’ll stick this here as it applies to all tube aircraft. I probably just missed it, but where can I find guidance for assessing dents? All I can see in 43.13 is how to repair them, but nothing on what the limits are for ignoring them. While painting my frame I have found a couple of what I would call small dents, but if they need to be repaired, I would rather do it now than find out during my pre cover. I had told my welder to replace tubing as required, and he replaced some due to corrosion, but not these obviously.
